MBFF IS HERE..

Tuesday brings all the excitement of the 3rd day of Brisbane Fashion Week! After launching on Sunday with a fabulous array of the best in swimwear, Brisbane is on a roll and showing the rest of the world that we too are contenders in the fashion stakes.

Some of our KAW girls attended this mornings V Australia Fashion Forum Breakfast, hosted by the lovely Melissa Hoyer. The forum was dedicated to showcasing and discussing key tips to successful development of brands for trend driven markets.

Guest speakers saw the likes of Vogues Kirstie Clements, Australian renowned fashion model Kristy Hinze and the makeup guru Napoleon Perdis take to the stage and share their very own trend secrets with the star studded room.

Designers and celebrities plus PR hot shots rubbed shoulders and donned fabulous heels for coffee and breakfast at the Sebel & Citygate. A great start for Day 3 of MBFF!

E- MARKETING TIPS!

1. Always, always proof read your emails. One superficial mistake could make or break an otherwise done deal.

2. Always BCC contacts in if sending large group emails out. This ensures that you are protecting the recipients privacy.

3. Give email recipients an 'opt out' option. This allows them to un-subscribe from newsletters, e-blasts and so on. Nobody likes SPAM email so keep this in mind when continually sending out information.

4. Make sure your email database is TARGETED! You don't want to send emails out to just anyone. Know your databases demographic, interests and location. Keep things simple and relevant.

5. Seek expert advice. E-marketing can be complex and frustrating. However, if you have the right tools and the expert advice, E-marketing can be very successful and rewarding.
